Responsible for System Communications including strategy, governance, plan and content
Develop System reputation and emotional connection with key stakeholders
Responsible for Corporate Voice, Branding and System advocacy
Manage, coach and act as strategic counsel for Communication

Role description:

  • Define and implement the 3Y Corporate communication plan within relevant internal and external audiences. Define and conduct dedicated communications plans for :
  • System employees, management and organizations (global, local, specialized)
  • Students, large public
  • Analysts, Governments, Investors, Journalists and media
  • To engage and nurture our different audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging for all pillars and unity for all deliverables, 
  • Animate the WW team and interlock with other System departments/geos. 
  • Ensure the execution of the plan and communication compliance
  • Define System Spokesperson Strategy, selection and training
  • Define, nurture and implement the content for Corporate messages
  • Monitor an editorial line and agenda to manage messaging consistency over all the communication tactics
  • Monitor resources and budget
Deliverables

  • Corporate communication plan 
  • For external communication : including Corporate Publishing, Branding, Public Relation WW and Local plans, Analyst, Investors and Governments relations, Events and Experiential Business Center
  • For internal communication, considering our different audiences : All, New Hires, Managers, and synchronizing with Geo plans
  • Branding
  • Define a Corporate communications social media strategy
  • Advise, define and monitor communication materials and media 
  • Manage budget per stream and monitor coverage and ROI
  • Communication Processes, KPIs and assessment
  • Swymer Training program (from System Advocates to System Spokespersons) definition, content, process and implementation Benchmark & best practices in communication
  • Analyze System reputation and identify influencing factors across targeted audiences 
  • Challenge practices against Best in Class practices /benchmarks.
  • Public Relation rolling forecast
  • Daily press review
KPIs:

  • Global and local objectives and Targets defined and measured for each delivery (share of voice in accordance with the strategy, media and social media coverage, satisfaction and acceleration)
  • Provide quarterly competitive assessment of the landscape
  • Digital metrics and analytics for each stream
  • Coverage on 3DEXPERIENCE forums, Industry events and Megatrends

Background

  • Strong communication background (preferably in fast moving environment) / Must have experience in c-level interactions / Familiar with social, economics, politics/geopolitics, business facts. Strong interest for new technologies and at ease in an engineering environment. International exposure
